Systems Assembled To Order
Every unit is assembled locally at our Superior, WI facility from components made to our specifications. Below are the two core configurations we assemble most often — a high-pressure electric breathing air compressor, and a 2-place containment fill station for fire and SCUBA use. Both can be custom-specified to your power, pressure, and fill-volume needs.

- CGA Grade E breathing air quality with automatic system shutdown at 5 PPM CO
- Pipes, fittings, and hardware in AISI 316 stainless steel
- Advanced condensate separation — intermediate separator after 2nd stage, double-effect high-pressure final separator
- High-efficiency cooling and high-flow 1st, 2nd, and 3rd stage valves built for continuous-duty operation
- Forced lubrication with low-pressure gear pump and synthetic oil formulated for HP compressors
- Forged steel crankshaft, forged aluminum connecting rods, roller bearings for intensive work
Available in 7.5 HP single- or three-phase (NEMA 6-50), single-phase 10 HP (NEMA 6-50), and three-phase 10/15/20 HP (NEMA L15-30 / CS8365 50A) electrical configurations. Different voltage/frequency available on request.
2-Place Containment Fill Station
Designed to address key safety requirements and ease of operation for both the fire and SCUBA markets. Fills one or two cylinders at a time inside a fully contained enclosure.
- Designed and tested in accordance with NFPA 1901
- System design verified by a DNV/GL-witnessed explosive test, simulating the rupture of a fully pressurized 5,500 psig, 111 ft³ SCBA cylinder as mandated by NFPA 1901
- Contains all components of an explosion within the fill station, directing concussive force away from the operator
- Safety interlock — will not pressurize a cylinder unless all interlocks are established
- Ease of use — door-open mechanism optimized to operate with only 8 lbs. of force
